Dune is only a few metres from the beach, far from busy streets and crowded beaches.

Just about 10m away there’s our beach. It is sandy and slightly declining to the sea, limited by a cement barrier by the dunes.

Don’t expect to find the big crowds of the other beaches: being there no access to the sea for about 2 km, you won’t meet too many bathers.

Bibione and Jesolo are not far from Dune: these two renowned beaches are also praised for their termal centers, providing different activities and health/beauty programms.

At short distance one can discover several uncommon places, such as the beach of Mort, one rare example of free and wild beach.

You can ride with a bike or walk through many paths such as those of the Mort Lagoon, the mouth of the river Piave or of the wonderful landscapes offered by rivers Livenza and Lemene.

The Caorle Lagoon is still that enchanted place that made Hamingway fall in love: the fishermen can be seen while doing their work, a proper ancient art, and their typical houses (the Casoni), together with the savage nature, perform a unique show.

You can choose among many trips and activities; we suggest you to explore the northern part of the mouth of the river Piave or to walk through the pinewood of the Mort Lagoon.

For those loving culture and arts, many are the places worthy of a visit. We can mention Caorle, an ancient fishermen’s town, Portogruaro and Concordia Sagittaria, both full of history and beauty.

Venice and its typical narrow passages is only 40 km away and our guests can easily reach it thanks to a motorway departing from Caorle and leading directly to Piazza San Marco.

Art is everywhere in this beatiful and ancient corner of Italy: Padua, Trieste, Treviso, Oderzo and the whole area between Venice and Treviso are rich in traces of history, culture and ancient traditions.

Many events in this pleasure-loving region make one’s holiday unforgettable: one can choose among concerts, conventions, parades and art exhibitions all year long.

Many wine and food-routes start from here and lead you through the many special tastes of the regional cooking and through the discover of many praised wines.

Here’s impossible not to appreciate food: fish is something special but many other typical and particular dishes should be tried.

This is a DOC territory: it means that here wine is part of a culture and has been prized nation-wide. The wineyards of Lison and Pramaggiore are a few km far from Dune, those of Conegliano (producing Prosecco) and of Friuli can be reached in less than one hour
